An Educational Excursion to National Museum - Life Remembering Experience for Grade VIII

Students of grade VIII went for an educational excursion to National
  Museum, Janpath, New Delhi .   The visit was an enjoyable and enriching experience for students as well as teachers. The museum brought alive history books in front of the  students. It was a guided tour and every section of the museum was well explained. The visit enhanced the students’ knowledge in the rich history, culture and heritage of our country.
  The museum had a lot of historical artifacts which mesmerized everyone.
  The students visited many galleries like- Archaeology, Paintings, Arms and
  Ammunitions, Murals, Anthropology, Harappa civilization. The stone figures
  fascinated everyone.
  Children were completely engrossed in listening to historical incidents
  related to barter system, costumes, weapons and Harappan civilization.
  They learnt to appreciate the significance of various objects with respect
  to history, culture and artistic excellence.
